Default Caliper Seals

Anyone know of a source for the caliper seals? I will be splitting the calipers for powdercoating. Before everyone starts off with "don't do it" I have split and powdercoat many calipers and have never ran into any problems.

If you're feeling motivated, please do a DIY thread on this project... Not only do I want to change the color of my calipers, but I push my brakes pretty hard at the track.. I'll likely need to replace the seals before too long.. Thanks in advance..

Don't do it. Jk I didnt even know what splitting a caliper meant.

Front seals 044780W010:
$22 per side: http://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/l...478-0w010.html

$24 per side: http://www.lexussouthatlantaparts.co...44780W010.html

Rear seals 044790W010:
$7 per side: http://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/l...479-0w010.html

$8 per side: http://www.lexussouthatlantaparts.co...44790W010.html

These do not come with pistons (just o-rings according to my local lexus dealer). I haven't used lexuspartsnow but I know south atlanta is legit and their prices are pretty good.

Not sure what size seals are needed... this place seems to have a lot of Brembo OE parts.

Thank you. I am looking to source the oring seal that sits between the 2 halves. From experience I know these are tough to get because Brembo is very reluctant to sell them to the public because of their recommendation not to split the calipers.

Lexus IS F Dynamics: The Brake System - Clublexus

This PDF has some details about our calipers. If that link doesn't work, just google "lexus is f brembo specs" and click the clublexus pdf link. Should be the first result.

Maybe you can use that to find what you need.

That actually answered my question! Thank you, sir. I never realize that the IsF calipers were monoblock. I am new 2 the F platform and seeing the sheer size of the caliper assumed it was a split calipers.
