RC-F Differential into IS-F?

I'd say there's more 2010+ isf diffs available than rcf's..but if it does fit I guess it would increase your chances of finding an OEM diff.
that being said, I'd be interested to know if the tvd could possibly fit? The rear of the rc does come from the IS chassis but it'll take a lot more to know if it fits.

If I owned a pre 2010 model I'd have a good look at a Drexler/TRD diff option.
I know Green-line Performance parts in Japan sell them.
There about $4300 odd USD expensive but I'm pretty sure they might be a bit better than the Torsen you all after though.

The Torsen spool inside the housing, 41301-53051, is identical - that spool is used on the ISF, RCx, and LS460 F Sport - but the differential assemblies all have different part numbers. This means it might fit and it might not. Even if it doesn't fit, if you got the diff from any of these models, you would be able to swap spools into your ISF differential case successfully.

OS Giken Super Lock is cheaper and one of the best available. No idea why you would spend more money for a TRD branded item.

I know for sure with previous experience using this brand that all there product works really well and is built for the car.
Drexler the German crowd who built this diff for the IS-F are a very respected maker of this product and make diffs for many different models of car and have a respected name in the race industry also.
Just a few things why some F owners may want to try this option.

Why anyone would be willing to pay almost double for the LSD is beyond me. OS Giken is a well respected brand in the Japanese car scene. And I would trust Lobuxracer's knowledge because he has one, installed one and also trackday one.

All I'm saying is as mentioned it's another option to look at is all.
