Default Sandblasted sides

Anyone have this problem?
My sides are all sandblasted from road debris. There's no deflector/mudflap for the front wheel so everything just heads to the car.

Any quick solution?

Yep, tons of rock chips right around the front of the rear wheel arch. I don't think much can be done about it unfortunately unless you want to put mud flaps on your car.

Are you running wider or more aggressive rims/tires. I'm worried about this as well when I install my new rims. I don't seem to have this problem currently with '08 OEM wheels and OEM size tires.

I'm running wider wheels/tires so I know that's for sure a problem. On my old S2K I did a simple mud flap from a commercial rubber molding, I think I may redo the same if no one has a solution.

Something like this, subtle and efficient.

Might have to try that as well, about to lower the car and put some spacers in, I can only imagine it gets worse. On stock 08s with 245/275

Maybe try clear bra material on the rockers.

I would think it would get torn up pretty quick and need frequent replacing, it does on the front bumper of mine at least.

clear bra would still need to be replaced often. I will try the S2K method I think

There is "self healing" protection from Xpel. Much thicker than the 3M types. I'd rather replace the protection than have to repaint.
