I'll have to put car seats in my car maybe 2-3 times a year. Not to hijack this thread but also what do you guys do to prevent these marks??

Haven't had the problem myself, but I imagine some heavy cloth or even foam between the car seat and the OEM upholstery would keep it from marking up permanently.

Baby seat marks will not go away. The leather already stretched.

Try using some steam on it to unstretch the leather. Google steam and saggy leather.

I use a semi hard seat/back protector anytime I put the car seat in. Not sure how you would go about removing the dents though.. Sorry.

Honestly, just hire a pro detailer or an upholstery pro to take care of it. It will suck to make it worst that what it is now. To answer someone else's question on how to prevent it? Like others mentioned, above are all good tips. I used to use a small blanket to cover the whole rear bench or two if possible. For the upper back portion. It never left a mark!
