What part to replace to get rid of drone?

I've been running Joez exhaust and hps intake for a long time. During this year I made a separate attachment for a straight pipe.
No doubt both had the hum at highway cruising speeds unless you are over 80-90 mph.
Also does everyone get a loud volume increase at idle when there is a load on the system. Eg Air conditioning and headlamps? When I turn off the HVAC and lights the car is whisper quite.
However I wish this was true during cruising.

Just did a muffler delete, loving the sound everywhere except around 2k RPMs.......

Remeber that you can't really block a 133hz frequency range because it is a natural resonance frequency. Just think about an LS460 for example that is heavily insulated with dynomat material. If you straight pipe your exhaust system on that car and don't do it right you'll get pretty bad drone and all the insulation in the world won't cancel out the resonance coming into the cabin area.
On my 1UR I first installed a 2.25 Magnaflow axle back, it wasn’t enough. Quickly I tossed it and ran a custom factory mid pipe with deleted secondary’s, new H pipe in 32” section with OEM resonators. It bolted up to new 2.5” Black Widow chambered mufflers. The 1700-2200rpm range ruined the car if there was anything more than a slight uphill grade. No amount of insulation will get rid of that frequency. I looked into adding helmholtz chambers but I’m happy I didn’t. After a few months I went back to stock axle back and the custom mid pipe was hardly audible. Even the downgrade in horsepower was noticeable.
Recently I added 2.5” Vibrant Performance mufflers. What a difference, next to no drone and all the noise I was looking for (I still want PPE headers). I couldn’t expect a better balance. Ill have to say keeping factory resonator in place helps keep the peace (when everyone is usually cutting them out) I looked at many JDM axle backs and many had a loop system ($$$) or somewhat of a tailpipe. I think its a factor in cutting out unnecessary noise/drone. I had my fabricator move the muffler forward and add a 5” tail section.
I’m driving in M mode with Sport daily now. The SPDS is so much better with exhaust mods..

There's a thread somewhere where I describe installing a couple small motorcycle "SPL killer" inserts in two of the four Borla outlets, and my acoustical engineering app was registering something like 6-8dB lower. Even dynoed them and think it only lost like 5-6hp? Best $20 and 20 mins I've spent on the car.

Has anyone tried welding on a bracket to the rear left muffler that holds a rubber absorption dampener? The OEM exhaust has a bracket on the back of it that holds a rubber dampener in the back. I'm thinking about switching it over to my setup to see if drone goes away or not since I'm doing a muffler delete on the catback and will eventually buy new headers. I assume they put it on the side due to the piping being longer for the left muffler. Most likely has to do with the harmonics.

I have the xforce varex with the smartbox. Smartbox app allows you to precisely tune different rpm bands to eliminate drone.
As an example - I have mine set to be fully closed (quiet as stock) from 500-2000 rpm, 2000-3000 it’s 30% open, 3000-4000 60% open and full open beyond 4,000rpm. It is 100% customizable based on rpm, throttle opening and speed..
