you could probably put all new Trans fluid in while it's all apart I know it's been a hot topic on our boards.

I have PPE, not sure which one had that problem, was it just Sikky or PPE too?
I bought my headers in 2015, which I believe by then their design might've been updated to not interfere with the dipstick tube.
If it is the tube I'll probably find out soon from the dealer.

Just received an update from my SA today.
Looks like the main culprit is indeed the main seal. However, it looks like I might also have leaks in other locations, possibly the oil pan gasket. So no word yet on the final damage report. The dealer said they'll report back in a day or two with the results and will continue working with Corp. in the issues and possible coverage.
In terms of $$$, nothing is set in stone yet since they haven't found all the issues. The good news is that it looks like Lexus corp approved and will be covering 22 hours of diagnostic fees. Hopefully if there are any hours left, that it'll be rolled into labor hours to fix the leaks. I also have no idea whether they'll cover parts, although I'm not too worried about the cost of the seals and gaskets as that's relatively cheap.
Fingers crossed that there are no other issues with the powertrain.. If there are I hope they find it during this inspection so that i'll potentially be covered. I'm sure the next time around Corp. won't be as generous.

You are the original owner, or you bought this car used?

I purchased the car used with 22k miles on the odometer.
Based on carfax it was originally a lease out of Florida. Cross referencing carfax and the Lexus service history it looks like the car was returned to the Lexus dealer in Florida and then sold at auction. I purchased the car from a Mitsubishi dealership in SoCal.
From the looks of it there were no issues found with the car during the lease period and was regularly serviced at the dealership during the lease period.
Why?

I had a sensor on the transmission leak, that looked very similar to this...but as long as you have identified this as engine oil and not transmission fluid then I suppose its not related.
The sensor is on the top of the transmission housing and not visible from the exterior, they had to lower the Transmission to gain access to replace the sensor

I did tell them to do a full inspection of the car in case there's any other major problems.
