U can have 5is and can't compare to the isf , fsport is like house kitten compare to the real tiger in the jungle 😊. So make the change , best thing ever happen to u .

I have a 14 IS350 F-sport and a n 08 ISF. No comparison. The 3IS is the comfortable daily driver. It rides smoother and not near the harsh quickness. It's quick, but not fast... and the 250 is a DOG compared to the 350.

The 08 ISF with headers is an animal, ride is much firmer, sound is much better... over all, it's a fun toy that everyone should have.

The actual advantages your 3IS will have over the ISF.

- More modern interior.
- Better fuel economy.
- Better comfort in daily driving, smoother etc.
- Cheaper to maintain, service/parts.
- 3IS in general looks sleeker than a 2IS, especially to those who don't know what an ISF is.

only thing the 3IS has on the ISF is the interior.

ISF has two personalities. One is a normal daily driver, and it can be a fast and aggressive car. thats what i loved about it.

ISF is so cheap to maintain, its not even funny. should be a crime to have that much power and that cheap to maintain. its one of the biggest reasons why i stayed with lexus.

My suspension was greatly improved in my 08 F with coils and with my 80% highway trips I avg 20 and easily get 26-27 on long trips. +1 on different personalities, pony/muscle car when I want it, comfy cruiser when I don't.

The 3IS is newer, bolder, and has a greater aftermarket support than the IS F. Having driven both within the last week, not including my own modified F, I would advise in favor of the 3IS if you're looking for a comfortable daily driver and still enough oomph to get you through your commute. With my IS F, she does see the track, hits the canyons, and yearns for long straightaways. While the 3IS is no slouch, power wise still goes to the IS F. The 3IS does have a more modern interior, and with many of the newer amenities that aren't found on the IS F. It really does depend on the owner and his/her needs.

Best of luck!

All true and good advice, but he has a 250, not 350. Guess we can both make arguments as to whether that car is or isn't enough oomph to get thru daily commutes!
This is a no brainier....If the money is there, and you don't mind losing a slightly better interior, the 11+ ISF is the way to go.

Long time lurker 3rd time posting. Like everyone else a isx50 doesn't even compare. I came from an 07 is350 to an 11 ISF and haven't looked back once! This is a rare bird most people overlook and say nice f sport lol. Now a 3is front bumper would look good I think. Anyone ever try that yet?

yeah its hard not to say go ISF like everyone said above. even with dated interior, its still just a better overall car and experience
