We are fortunate enough to have made some good investments here in LA (so cal) that our target area would be the Garden District, Irish Channel, or LGD. I've been down a lot of those streets and they don't seem too inviting to a lowered ISF!

off topic question maybe someone can help answer for me: how are the schools there? In or around the garden district I've read the elementary and middle schools are great but the high schools are bad, is this true? If so, why the drop off? TIA.

yes drive there. Sadly I stay away from NO for that very reason.


There is a C&C happening in Biloxi real soon if you all would care to join that would be great. I will be there as well.
