Rear driver side speaker is shot
Where can I get a good price for a ML rear driver side speaker? It doesn't do it all the time but it buzzes at certain frequencies or music. Tried to go online but kept getting aftermarket subs. It's. it my subwoofer but the rear speaker that sits just below the rear windshield.

Posted this a while back. Now i can hear rattling every time i cross over expansion joints or any undulations on the road. I had the same issue with the front dash middle speaker. I just took out the foam and removed the little dome thing that was loose inside (put the foam back in). Can't seem to access the rear speaker without taking out the seats? Dealer quoted me $300 to get it replaced. I'm just thinking of just disconnecting it as I'm not really an audiophile and i usually just use the radio to drown out the other rattles in my car...but that doesn't really work because my rear driver side speaker buzzes at certain songs...LOL
What do you guys think?

The dealership. You might have luck going through Sewell (may have to email them to see if they still do the cl discount, heard they did but you have to email them) you could also try Lexus if south Atlanta. I am unsure if anyone has had any luck with aftermarket speakers in oem locations. Maybe check the audio section on the forums.

So just an update....I got this resolved last December and found it was the circular dust cap on the rear driver side speaker. For some reason the dust cap speakers on this car come loose (my front dash center speaker was the same way). So I just re-glued it and everything is fine now...except for that sun roof rattle....lol.
