I would prefer something more like a remote controlled valve since I would only really want the roar happening when I am out one the back roads or mostly alone in the car.

At any rate for $20 I might try them out. Thanks.

When accelerating normally, It's a combination of a WRX STI boxer rumble mixed evenly with the deep V8 growl.

At WOT sounds like pure muscle, nothing like a mustang. It sounds like we'll.... A Yamaha tuned V8 lol.

Stock I ran 12.7 @112. I'll definitely be going to the track to test it out. The car definitely is faster from butt dyno. Well rpms climb faster too, so that's a huge sign that you finish gears 1-3 slightly faster than stock.

Another shout to Meraki for helping me thru my shipping issue. Their communication is top notch.

Only thing is I need new gaskets from the cat back. I wish borla provided gaskets.
You really want the boxer rumble, just put the PPE unequal length headers on it...

+1 for the Borla as well as for the MC inserts. I was the first to dump the Borla with and without inserts and it only dropped 7-8whp. Not a bad hit for eliminating the drone. Definitely prefer the sound with out them, though my g/f..... not so much!

It would be interesting to know what they heard as I screamed by. The one was a debadged 1-series and he definitely had an exhaust. I'm guessing the Borla is louder at wot but probably a bit quieter at cruising speed.
Wow 4-5 hours? Is that mainly because of the access underneath? How long did it take others?

a little over 2hrs for me IIRC on a rent the hour lift outfit, but that also included considerable time hammering out the primary cats.
