Tammer get yourself some Aerospace 303! It will work Wonders in rejuvenating the interior pieces and protect them from further damage. Trust me! You'll love it! It's easy to use as well.

 

Have you thought about racing seats they sit lower I'm 5.11 and 1 inch off the roof with the seat to the lowest position and your 6'.5'' you have a high center of gravity

The things that bother me that you didn't mention - very subdued stock exhaust (I cross-shopped this car with a C63 which has, arguably, the best stock exhaust sound in the segment), and the lack of LSD in pre-2010 models. It's unbelievable they offered a car with this much performance out of the box, without an LSD (and to be fair, same can be said about the C63 - that doesn't have an LSD unless you get P31 package).

 

After owning my car for a couple months now, one of my biggest pet peeves is the rear view mirror. Mine shakes/vibrates each time the bass hits in my audio. Even on very light bass notes the mirror will vibrate and blur out whatever I'm trying to view behind me at the time. Not a huge issue by any means at all, but its quite annoying.
