Default I've always thought the IS F was a perfect sleeper

And this post on the HP shows why. I really would like to pick one of these up...

Is really is an amazing sleeper because most people think it's just some appearance package. Even guys who drive sports cars don't know exactly what its packing which makes their reaction that must better when I pull away. They never see it coming.

ill definitely say it hits with the unexpected if you don't know what the car is, but, I wont say M3 killer. Having owned an E92 M3 I would say the F is far more tamed in comparison. But when it comes to reliability for the amount of performance you are getting, the F is hard to top honestly

Exactly how I felt after I test drove a manual E92. You can't deny how crisp that car drives, but you also can't deny how ****ty and expensive the maintenance is.

my exact thoughts man, I had a DCT E92 and that might have been one of the most fun cars I ever owned. But it was a maintenance headache and it turned me off of it real fast, ISF is comparable performance and not even remotely the maintenance cost

It's a shame Lexus stops making ISF and I don't really like the current 2-door offering.

The sunroof actually broke during my test driving, lol.

I went to ask a local BMW dealership for estimated repair cost: 2500.

Yep, bought the Lexus immediately.

Yeah, I'd be scared as hell to own a German car without a warranty. A Lexus? Not so much...

Owned a couple German cars and anytime there was any type of hiccup I immediately got nervous wondering how much I'm fixing to have to pay to fix it. With my Lexus I never even worry.
