Nice pick up and I too have been becoming more impressed with the american muscle car efforts again as of late.

Thanks, But really more than a muscle car these days 1/4 mile ready sure but it can really hang with some serious machines on the road course wouldn't want to do that with a hellcat .

Very well said and I should have better clarified 'car' or 'track car' for that is what I was implying.

By the video, it looks like one fun 'big boy' car and run. By the sound, I would be cuious as to how much tire was left for he was sure getting a lot out of the car.

Again, nice pick up and it certainly does not look like you will have any disappointment.

Of course with more weight there is a penalty at the track on tires and brakes can it run a couple fast laps then the tires and brakes get so hot from 3850 lbs that they give up . I talked to a few ZL1 owners prior to my purchase who have tracked it because that was a concern of mine. They reported back that the brakes did not fade at all with 20 minute sessions and their times held up pretty well from lap 1 thru the session. I know you cant fight the laws of physics but to me this was a good compromise after all I'm out for fun not trophies or cash it is just HPDE !!!

Happy 4th to all
