Normal for OEM header?

I watched the install video, and asked a buddy if I could use his lift haha. I've done much worse on jack stands, but those days are behind me. I worked in the automotive field prior to the aerospace industry. Having a lift makes everything 10x easier.

Preach! I don't know how some guys have done the install on jack stands lol..........A lift is the only way to do this install for sure!

The side that has the cracking problem is not the drivers side.

Like you had mentioned, the header on the passenger side has all the flanges welded together. This is the side that ends up breaking. Back on cylinder 8 exhaust port.

I swapped to PPE...my stock header on the passenger broke at the flange. Plus both of the A/F sensors seized in headers. Bleh!

I have been thinking about going back to stock...anyone have stock headers they want to sell me? I will come to you to pick them up...if you are close!

Really? Just wondering why would you go back to stock?
