CEL after installing PPE headers RR tuned intake and exhaust.
I had RR racing install the PPE headers, tuned intake and tune about a month ago. Just last week 4 codes popped up P2198, P2241, P2242, and P2256, all codes poinst to faults in bank 2 sensor 1. Which I think is the o2 on the passenger side header. Anyone experienced this?

I got the Denso O2 sensors off Amazon, they had the best price. They swapped out the defective one with no questions asked.

The tune deals with the secondary/O2 sensors. The problem the OP is having is with one of the primary/air fuel ratio sensors.
Even though they look similar, each sensor does a different job. It is common for old primary/air fuel ratio sensors to go bad during or after installation of headers.

Changed the air/fuel ratio sensor. All is good now. The sensor probably got fouled from the smoke(which is normal) on the initial startup after installation of the headers. Thanks Simon from RR racing for help with troubleshooting.
