Default Headlight Bulb Replacements

Can someone recommend a brighter Highbeam bulb /w fuctioning DRL? I've read that only some LEDs have the dual stage for the DRL, but no one recommended an exact model. I can live with Halogens if they are brighter, but there is so much conflicting reviews between the two different bulb types.

Also, has anyone ever upgraded to a 55Watt kit for the lowbeams? Are they significantly brighter or should I just swap bulbs: Phillips 6000k Ultinon? With the ultinons, I am banking on the higher lumen rating to compensate for the color. Or is that not the way to go about this.

I drive on a dimly lit (deer infested) highway regularly so I need to increase my output without adding a LED bar on the roof.

Waiting keenly for these comments.. Would love some brighter highs and lows. My car is 2009, what year is yours? I think that will be important.

I had a bulb went out recently on me, after long research it seems that Morimoto gives best product for the money. I did found a guy on eBay he had new set for $40 I believe. Little bit better than phillips. IMO it's worth it.

I've got a 2008 ISF and I upgraded my high beams to LEDs about 2 years ago. I got them from a website called XenonHids. I think they were like 120 for the upgrade. They're really bright and are awesome when driving on back roads at night. The highbeams still function as DRL's but they do flicker really fast. I think it looks cool so it doesn't bother me. Here's a link to the website https://www.xenonhids.com/lexus/2008/is-f.html

Are the LEDs on 'full' when the DRL are on? I'd hate to highbeam people all-day.
