So big two day weekend with Chin Motorsports at Pitt Race this weekend. My goal arbitrarily was to get the car into the sub 2:00 minute lap times. I was at 2:045 last year and this year I got down to 2:02X. Now this weekend it was hot in the lower 90s but I so close to the goal. I ran several 2:01X laps. Now this is still in sport mode so if I shut everything off I think it would give me the time that and cooler air for power. Now on a side note I have broken two wheel studs one while on the track so Ive ordered ARP studs all around. I had to do some sessions in my superhcarge FRS while the ISF was getting fixed. The best lap in the FRS was a 2:05 for reference.

 

Looking good Larry! I can't wait to be at PittRace on the 16th next month, looks like a great track!

 

What event are you running with?

 

SWP Performance - It's a group that puts on great private track events. I went to one they hosted a couple weeks ago at MidOhio and it was excellent. 30 Cars Max for the day...tons of track time.

Nice driving! You're using a GoPro camera, right? If you're not already using the spot meter feature, you should turn it on... It will improve the "white out" view outside the car in bright sunlight.
