I know I am bringing this post back but I am also running into the same issue of finding this clip. Does anyone have an alternative to this clip that you can suggest? I am thinking of going to Home Depot and see if I can find a clip that looks similar and try it.

Maybe adapt some type of upholstery clip, spring steel clip or a 3D printed part? Also consider what adhesive you'll use to bond the part to the liner.

I was thinking the same, maybe getting an industrial adhesive or staple to the clip. I thought of the 3D printing option but I have to do more research and find a company that would get it done for me.

I actually paid someone to create a 3D model and tried to print it. Not sure if the design is bad, if I just didn't have it printed in the right material, or if this part just isn't a good application for 3D printing but it didn't really work well. Unfortunately it was too weak to hold properly. It wouldn't necessarily break but it would bend too much. Not sure what could be done to improve it... I kind of just gave up. If anyone wants the 3D file I'm happy to send it along (with the understanding that maybe you send me a few if you get it working right? ).

Maybe it wasn't that well reinforced in certain areas. I am going to shop around and see if I can get a quote on the 3D printing service for this. If you are willing to share the file I can use that to get the quote and I can definitely send you a few if they actually work!
