Just a couple of spot welds to alienate.... Install is some form of glue/resin and rivets or ...??
/Off topic but I read your whole build thread, Great Read and Build; have you ever monitored engine and trans oil temps while tracking?
Thanks and awesome job!

Correct they had to grind out the welds. Not sure what they are using but is better then the 3M 08115 that I recommend. Iv never monitered the tranny or oil temps other then with the oem lights. I added an oil cooler last season but never had an issue. The tranny has a temp light but I never had it come on and have run 60 minute hot track sessions no issue.
Remember Lexus ran these cars at 24hr races and the only failure or issue was a split CV joint boot.

Im not sure but some where around there. I didnt weight it but I will be weighing the car in spring for new figure wit all the mods and reduction. The 125 cam directly from the group buy thread.

The cost of admission is very high, but if it's really more like 125lbs removed, the $40ish/lb is par w/other weight mods besides the "easy" weight-only stuff like LiFePo battery ($6/lb) and flow-forged wheels ($20/lb)... Plus, the impact to vertical moment/CG is incredible.
