Default Front bumper Gap under headlights

Picked up a 2012 ISF, have had it for a month and a half, has been running well so far. However just noticed gaps under both headlights. Front bumper and headlights not flush. On the right side, you can even the see some of the inside like brackets, whatnot. Took it to a lexus dealer, they had a ISF in stock, they said it was like mine too with the gaps. Just wanted to ask you guys if yours is completely flush or if its supposed to be like that?. Lexus dealer said I can come back when the mechanics that do body work are available M-F to look at it or take it to an outside body shop. Note: previous car's history (previous owner), bumper was replaced and repainted at another Lexus dealer.

Bumper needs to be heated and refitted by someone who knows what they are doing.

OP’s car being a lighter color also doesn’t help in “hiding” panel gap. The black void of the gaps does not blend in as well as it does on a black/darker colored car.
