Default Work S1R Wheel Fitment/Clearance Question for ISF

So I have done quite a bit of searching and even called Work USA but I'm hoping someone might be able to help. I found a set of S1R's that I'm very interested in that are for sale close to me. The specs are 19x9.5 +30 (O) and 19x10.5 +30 (O). They are currently on an IS250. Everything I have read says stay away from O Disk in the front. I called Work and they said no initially, but returned an email that said they should work. I hate to buy the wheels and they don't clear. I have no interest in running a spacer and they are aggresive to begin with.

If anyone is running an O or Low disk on the front please let me know.

If they're close why not test fit and post results?

I'm in Dallas and the wheels are in San Antonio. It's a bout 4 hours, but I don't mind running down there to pick them up on a weekend trip. I was just hoping to possibly get opinions before 8 hours on the road. I will definitely post everything up if I make the trip.

You'll have to run a R disk up front, and you can run the O disk in the back.

Thanks for the reply. This is what Ive consistently seen when searching, but started to second guess it when Work said it was possible. I think I might just take the time hit and order a set so they are right for the car when I get them.

Yeah, Definitely not possible with the BBK's in the front with the O disk. Nothing worse then waiting 3+ months for wheels that don't fit. Maybe even contact our vendor Meraki Autoworks and Mod in Japan to double check those wheel disks. They will give you a 100% answer.

I wouldn't run rims with those specs on my Isf even if they were made of carbon fiber and delivered for free.

My boy Calitri-Boost had Work S1R with low disk front and rear on his old ISF and it cleared the brembo just fine. What a lot of folks don't understand is Work Meister faces kind of bow out even the low disk so they will still clear brembo, but something like an IS350 with a wider caliper, they wont.

I know for fact because I tried to test fit his front on my old IS350 and they didn't clear. I think his specs were 19x10 +25/19x10.5 +35, low disk front and rear. Hope this helps

Wow thanks this is exactly the info I was looking for. I found the old link where he bought the wheels and put them on. He says "low disk" on page 4, but I wish I knew if that was O or A and I cannot tell from the boxes. Either way it makes me want to try it.

They were o-disk. When folks refer to "low disk" they mean o-disk.

Since that's the homie and I got to see the car all the time, he even shocked me with low disk clearing brembo, but like stated early, meister faces make it possible. I don't think it would clear if it were different Works like VSXX or something like that with a more flat face
