Raced my buddys ATSV today
Got some runs in with my friends ATSV, pretty impressed with how the F did, especially from a roll.
Auto ATSV usually tested in the low 12s @115+ mph.
Did a hand full of runs with him.
1st run from a dig I didnt spin much and he did a bit, I put 3-4 cars on him by 120.
2nd run from a 5mph roll, I spun pretty bad in 1st and 2nd, he got out on me a car or so and by the time he got out of it around 120 I had a fender on him
3rd run from 60 mph, he didnt manually downshift, I put 7-8 cars on him by 130.
4th run from 50 mph, he manually downshifted, I put 2-3 cars on him by 100.

Sounds like fun, are you FBO?

Its got Sikky headers, HKS exhaust and a Takeda intake. Wouldnt call it FBO though.
I did dump about a half can of boostane in it the other day to try and get the timing values up so maybe thats helping lol

From what im seing the RCF is heavier than the ISF and the 1/4 mile times dont seem to be any better than the ISF stock for stock even.
I would think a modded ISF could beat a RCF pretty easily but who knows, id have to line up with one I guess.

Yea, he had a tune but had some issues so it was put back to stock and taken to the dealer last week so yes, it was 100% stock ATSV today for the racing, minus some 19 inch HRE wheels he put on it.
it ran 11.7@122 mph when he had the tune on it though, I believe it picked up like 80-90 hp with the tune so quite significant
Id be curious to see how I did if I raced him when he had the tune, id imagine he would win but with how well my car did from a roll today it might be a lot closer than he thinks lol

And the F, FBO is a dangerous beast highway speeds! Triple digits come quick and won't stop pulling well past 160+.
Which Sikky headers do you have?

No joke! It's almost as if the 416 figure on the ISF is conservative or the 467 on the RCF/GSF is exaggerated. Based on the weight figures, our cars weighed roughly the same at the time of the race.

I too have run an RCF that was stock and I just had the Borla at the time and I pulled on him pretty good! Later he even expressed to me how disapointed he was that I pulled on him and couldn't figure out why?........shrug.......

all you guys don't get it twisted. RCF is a faster car than the ISF with equal drivers. this always happens when a new model car is out. when cars turn into 20 thousand dollar cars, it gets driven harder the age group of guys who buy it. RCF are usually driven by older men who start out in the wrong gear and RPM . i have yet to lose to an ISF and i have had both to compare .
