OP, if you can get them to budge a couple of grand off the asking price, you are doing REALLY well. It's definitely even worth paying asking price for it. Nebula Gray/Red is very hard to find.

To the OP I would say you should have some room to get it lowered in price but if this is the color you've been looking for and feel yourself that its not too bad of a price JUST DO IT!. If you're not picky in color than this car is overpriced and I would say wait for another one to pop you can get a way better deal than this.

There are only 14 2012+ IS Fs on autotrader currently. They are all black or silver, with the exception of 2 white ones. The standard black interior is of course all you'll find sub $40k. The car OP linked is priced in the mid range and is the only one sold by a lexus dealer. Also the only nebula gray/red for sale in the entire country. It would say that makes it far from being "way overpriced".
Don't assume Abdul's used cars or a similar used car lot has the same quality cars. Those cars end up at auction when the franchised dealers don't keep them.
Either way, I won't spend anymore time on this ... The right buyer will see the value there.

that makes it 2 nationwide one having 98,000 miles but its priced at 28k which is not bad either, but 98k miles to many for my taste don't care if its a Toyota lol

Right, I'm not into getting a high mileage car unless I'm paying under $15k. These cars do hold their value very well though.
