Hi, just bout a blue 08 ISF in the MD area, has 11 wheels and LSD,sikky headers, borla exhaust, hard to believe some one would have all those parts on and not tune, any way to tell if there is a tune on the ECU? thank you, maybe even help find the previous owner

Considering tunes werent really a thing until recently with these cars its very possible it doesnt have a tune.

You might be able to try datalogging timing advance with a obd2 bluetooth adapter and torque/ dash commander , other than that not sure.

As far as I can tell the tune really just adds some igniting timing advance throughout most of the curve.

With good fuel in the car and a tune you should see like 22-25 peak degrees advance with a tune, without its usually 18-20 peak~, maybe a little over 20 sometimes

Does the car have catalytic converters on it?

If it doesn't, and the check engine light is not on, then it either has a tune, or it has a type of O2 Sensor "defeater" or "Conditioner".

Look in the front drivers side of the engine and remove some covers to see if you see anything spliced in.

has conditioners from what i was told, i gotta pop the cover and look at it

dam and I just put 2.2 gallons of e85 in it, I wanna get that rr tune if its not tuned, everyone seems to be doing well with that tune
