Really annoyed no digital speedometer in 09isf.
Any way to show that? I always ended up speed much more than I'd like! Afraid I'll get a ticket any second.

My 09m3 didn't have it but I got it programmed with coding. Just curious if something like that is possible

You mean an OEM way? Nope. I hate it on my 08 too. Was almost tempted to get an 11+ just for that feature.

If you want it on the OEM Navi screen the Grom VLine is probably your best/only option. It uses its own GPS and isn't perfect but better than nothing for sure. I use it daily. I'd imagine there is likely a way to hook it up to an OBD2 scanner to get speed through the OEM sensors but I haven't tried that.

If you are alright with another screen being used, like your phone then you can likely use a wireless OBD2 scanner to do that. Some GPS apps like Waze show it by default also. Or if you want a completely separate device then maybe something like a Garmin/TomTom GPS.

There's an androids app called torque that i used with a Bluetooth obd2 scanner that has digital display dashboards you can customize. It worked on my S2000. I have the digital speedometer on my 2012 so I never had the torque app tested on the F. I would think it would work too.

Assuming you have a phone, tablet or Grom to use torque.
Otherwise, not on the OEM cluster .

yeah this is why I was so stubborn on my search for 2011+ Lexus ISF the little stuff.

I wonder if the 08-10 models cluster is interchangeable with a 11+ or if anybody has tried to do so.

I don't think there is a an OEM solution next to buying a 2011+ cluster or buying a 2011 model haha
