Default How do I describe this to Lexus?

I'm taking a 2010 ISF into to a Lexus dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. What is the technical term for the Valley Plate leak that is so common? I called it that once before to a tech when I bought my '08 and he didn't know what I was talking about. How can I best describe this so they know what to look for? I don't actually understand where the leak takes place myself to point to it, ha.

Ask them to look for any coolant residue between the transmission and engine, as a valley plate leak will almost always show up there.
