I would say Radio shack if you can find one near you, but my guess would be ebay? ive seen some universal fog light harnesses with a switch that looks like that oem button.
I don't know about your setup, but my exhaust valve control is a 3 position rocker switch. Open, close, and vacuum controlled. It is mounted in the location you pictured. I don't have the headlight washer feature.

I basically need a switch there that is treated like an on/off switch. Although, I do not know what switch can go there. I remember someone on this forum having some type of switch there for his PPE exhaust? or something like that. Pretty sure it was meistershaft or something. but I need something like that.
