It definitely pulls strong. Very quick acceleration and its effortless on the highway.
Be interested to see what it pulls on the dyno

Was the car daily driven in Chicago and is there any rust? That would be just as impressive as the mileage. Do you know of any major repairs?

Last couple of weeks, I’m starting to improve it’s appearance. I refinished the brake calipers by stripping them down to the metal and refinishing it in red with Brembo decals and clear coat (I didn’t realize it until taking these pictures, but the front passenger decal was installed the wrong way... oh well). I also installed new RSR R704 in 19x8.5 and 9.5 setup. Still running the DSW06 in stock sizes. In the near future I planned on getting some of the paint touched up and perhaps an exhaust system or
As to the reversed badge, I would check for body work. I seriously doubt that Lexus put the wrong badge on the car

I just read the other thread. I didn’t see any rust to the actual body of the car, just the mechanical components like the rear end and exhaust. Is that correct? If so, these must have a serious zinc coating on them. I see 10 year old rotted cars in indiana all the time.

A great testament of toyota engineering and reliability. I doubt most cars in this class (smaller performance sedan) will ever reach that milestone on original powertrain components. Keep us posted on how things progress going forward.
