Arrow Switching the odometer from KM to Miles

Hi,
Sorry if this is answered somewhere, tried searching and didn't find anything for the 2009's.
I have a 2009 Canadian ISF, does anyone know if it's possible to switch the odo from KMs to Miles? Same for the digital display information (approx distance left, fuel mileage...etc)
Thanks!

Press the odometer reset till the total odometer is displayed (not your trip a or b), then hold the reset until it switches units. All others like the l/100km to mpg will switch over also

Hmm, tried that already and it didn't work. Does the car need to be off? Turned On? In P? In D?
I tried all the above to no avail...wonder if it's locked out?

what he said...

Your trip/odometer button has three selections

skip trip And B

has to be ODOMETER only, hold it down for about 3 seconds

Coulda used that feature in Canada last week. Went 110mph instead so that if I got pulled over I could just say I misread the sign :P

I tried that. Nothing happens. Like I mentioned I tried it with car on, off, in P or in D...I'm thinking that the feature is disabled on Canadian cars? I mean I can take a video and upload but I hold it down for 3 sec, 10 sec, 60 sec and nothing happens...

^^^^You are right, the poster's profile says he has (or had) a 2011 ISF.

Trust me, I don't want to be right
Speaking with Lexus:

"Sorry for the delay, I just wanted to make sure I pass the correct information along. Since our vehicles are built for the specific country, they will not be able to switch from miles to kilometers or kilometers to miles.
I wish I had better news. But on the bright side you still have an awesome car to enjoy driving each day! "

The 2010 and later models can switch between km and miles. '08 - '09 models cannot. The new combination meter made this possible. You could always swap out the old gauges for the newer ones to get this feature. It's plug n' play for everything except the actual mileage on the odometer.

You are correct. I tried it on my '11 and it did not change. I tried it without the engine running, with the engine running to no avail. 30+ seconds holding the button down and...still MPH. Good thing I live in 'Merica!"

^^^You're 2011 Guage cluster should allow you to toggle between units. Holding the trip for 3 seconds should change it right away...

Few people misread the question (including me)

the actual odometer reading

Went out for dinner this evening.. while at a light
instead of looking for boobies or people texting

I tried again with the Trip A Trip B Odometer button

To my surprise... YES it does switch everything over
INCLUDING the ODOMETER

*2012 Japanese CANADIAN model

How about them apples!!

https://youtu.be/74QXiMIfd7M

I'd guess importing a 11+ Canadian car to the states
would be fairly easy then

When I first read this I had a flashback
But I can't recall if it was a Lincoln or C5 Z06
where the gauges were analog and pressing a button the speed would change from miles to km

I was surprised when the Odometer in the F switched too

thought it would be fixed and only the gas stuff would swith over. Nope
