$1650 for that ebay 2011 cluster is nuts. No way I'd pay that much.
Makes sense Lexus won't sell the part directly. When I inquired about having my cluster changed out under warranty due to needle LEDs going out, not only would they not let me take change to the 2011+ cluster (not surprised different part #) they had to keep my car until the new part arrived to ensure mileage.

Called my local Lexus dealer. They wanted $1450 for a new cluster. You just come in to show proof of ownership and give them the current mileage and it takes 2-4 weeks to get there because they order it, it goes to a third party company to adjust the odometer and then it ships back to Lexus. They said I could install myself if I wanted. They didn’t mention keeping the car there.
