There is the lexus part number. Comes with upper and lower pin, middle pin and 13mm bolt (with thread lock already on the thread and the retaining bracket. Also picked up 4 new wheel nuts. HATE lock nuts

So once you used your grinder to cut it into pieces it was far easy to hammer the little piece out?
Mine has been seized forever. Every time I would change my brake pads I pulled the whole caliper off and inserted the pads from the inside out lol.

pounded like hell. Worried I'd wreck the the threads.
then used the same 13mm bolt screwed it down and left about 1.5-2 threads showing
Pounded like helll again.
Pounded on both sides hoping to shock the
bolt free. No dice
took a map gas torch to the pin and pounded again.
zilch.
bought the new spare parts and two M8x1.25 bolts
to have ready.
(penetrating oil, a dental pick, grit paper all attempted with no success)
said screw this.. got my grinder out with a metal cutting disk and went at it.
inside part punched out easier (still had to wack it crazy hard)
The outer part, used a 1/4 metal punch and pounded away at it.
Then finally it budged!!
first side I was patient... second side pounded some
then went right for the cutting grinder
second one went quicker. About 20 min

There's your problem. Heating the pin will only compound the problem. Heating the pin expands the pin making the assembly tighter.
You have to heat the flange so it expands, making the hole bigger, and allows the pin to move.
edit...when doing this it's handy to have a garden hose near by. As soon as the pin stops moving, the heat will eventually get into the pin and things will seize up again, use the hose to cool everything back down and start heating the flange again. Repeat until it's out

the BFH was used for every removal method
except when I tried to clean/clear the pin from any debris or rust.
that pin did not want to budge. Grider for the win
(And caliper finish.. untouched)
on a side note.. looks like the pin is available by itself (not willing to pay that coin)

I can't recall but I wanna say the thread is M8 x1.25
(Might be 1.50)

Yes, just the 13MM bolt. Thanks for the specs, I figured any hardware store might have a similar bolt but maybe not exact.

Just wanted to confirm to everyone that the Lexus Part Number is 04947-0W010 and you'll get the 5 pieces that you remove when changing out brake pads in the kit, from what the Lexus dealers around me said you can't buy just the 13MM bolt alone. I did find some like bolts at Home Depot but decided to go with the OEM kit to ensure I wasn't using an inferior bolt. The part costs $24 on eBay from Bell Lexus.

I was changing out my brake pads and felt behind there and it was missing. Not sure when it fell out as I haven't swapped out my pads in the past 2.5 months between 2 track events so I have no idea when it came out. Swapped out my pads over 10 times between street pads and track pads and never had that bolt back out, must not have tightened it down enough last time. I'm glad nothing happened, especially on track.

I had the same problem this past weekend, both middle bolts were seized,I tried hammering but didn't budge. I didn't want to damage the caliper so I just left them and changed out the pads and rotors. I will give it a little more effort next time I change out the pads..

Use a grinder cut, then bfh the seized parts out
