Navi buttons/radio issues after battery change

My battery went south yesterday and had it replaced. Before that, when I attempted to start the car, there was absolutely no power anywhere, and the "door open" light was very dim. Today I noticed a couple of issues with the Navigation unit and radio. The buttons dont beep when pressed (even though they are set to "beep" in the settings), and the radio does not turn on. After about a minute, everything starts to work as normal. I get the beeping when pressing buttons and radio turns on. I attached a link to a video to help explain it better. I was wondering if there is a way to reboot or reset something or if there's something else I could do. So far its done it about 3 times today, and always starts to work after a minute or two. This was not happening before the battery went bad. When this is happening, everything else is responsive and works as it should

There is a navigation firmware update to address this issue - L-SB-0082-13 Rev2. When was the last time you had your maps updated? The firmware update is required before updating maps, so if you've had map updates recently, you're on the latest firmware. If not, you should look into this. It is a download from TIS and you'll need a legal copy of Techstream to update the firmware.

So they have a download link, download that then find someone with a tech stream to upload it?

Download is through Techstream, so you need a legal account to download the update. You'll also need a supported OBDII adapter which might also present a challenge.
I am not sure what a dealer would charge for this, but because it is a known issue, you might be able to get it fixed at no cost. If you have a good relationship with your SA, it might be easy.

Hey - I was dead wrong about this. You'll need a Navigation Update Tool Kit 95079-00003-KIT to do this update. I looked in TIS for the software, and it's nowhere to be found, so I pulled up the L-SB again, and it clearly says you need the Navigation Update Tool Kit 95079-00003-KIT to do this. That piece of kit is $1072.05 per unit, and it does nothing but navigation updates for Lexus vehicles.
Sorry to pull everyone down the wrong path on this, but the reality is, you'll need to go to a dealer unless you want to buy the kit.

Update - recently the amp in the trunk started to make noise. When I unplugged it (so I wouldnt have to hear the loud noise) prior to replacing it, I noticed the navigation/audio would act differently when unplugged. So I decided to purchase a used amp to fix the noise and also hoping it would fix this glitch that started when my battery died.
After starting the car multiple times over the past several days, this glitch seems to be gone (it would happen often at startup). Now the initialization of the system happens normally and everything starts working instantly after the "Lexus" screen disappears
