USB pic downloading question

USB pic downloading question
I'm trying to download pictures from a USB stick to my 14 IS250, and i can look at them, but when it comes to downloading them onto car, it says its unable to. I have tried 4 different thumb drives, but no luck. what's the trick?

Lol I thought you were having issues downloading a pic of a Ultrasonic Blue Mica F not from a USB stick
