Idle rpm in gear

What is your idle rpm, in hear, car warmed up. Mine seems a little high at 800 rpm. Seems to need more brake pedal pressure to keep car from rolling. This morning at a light the rpm dropped down closer to 5-600 rpm. So is this a more normal rpm range? Maybe I should clean maf?
