450whp evo VS FBO Lexus ISF?
Just curious on what people think who will win in a race. Two roll races one from 30 and the other from 60 till about 120-130. Evo has a stock bottom end but fully built head. My ISF has RR intake, PPE headers, Borla exhaust and tune.

I think he will win the whole way. Big turbo evos pull hard top end. If it’s an 8-9, it weighs much, much less than you do. An evo 9 is 500 pounds lighter. An evo 10 is about 250 pounds lighter. It has more whp than a FBO ISF. I bet it is not a fair race. FBO ISFs make 410-430 depending on dyno.

EVO all day if he is actually making the power he claims and is merely an adequate driver. I had an Evo 8 back in the day...they shred to 120mph due to traction and gearing. You won’t have any chance to catch him by the time he throws 5th and at his power level, he could very well continue pulling in 5th.

IF it's an Evo X I think you'll win. IF it's an Evo 8-9 then you're going to get walked. For reference I had an Evo VIII, stock bottom end, built head, GT35R on 93 pump made 440 whp and I trapped 124 in the 1/4.

Dam no one here has faith in our cars lol. I already raced and won. NOW I know everyone here will doubt and make a million and one excuses but I know the guy his head is built and I seen the dyno sheet. We both couldn’t believe I won. Videos posted.

Very nice! I think we all forgot to account for the gear ratio. Surprised at the 30 roll result but a lot of these boosted 4 cylinders lose steam anywhere from 80-120 so the 60 would make sense (to me).

Yes I agree no one thinks of gear ratio plus him losing boost every time he shifts while we have lightening fast auto shifts that keep us in a great power band.
