Sadly, building these engines is extremely expensive. My buddy told me a built long block for his 5.0 mustang can be had for like 5k. We will spend over double that and reuse most of our components.

Glad I read this. So We can go to any shop to have it tested? Whats the cost for that?

Not real difficult to do yourself. A compression tester isn't that expensive, and most of the work is just basically getting to all the spark plugs. To answer your question directly though, it's pretty much be the labor to do spark plugs plus a bit to do the actual test.

Yep - I plan on getting mine tested when I do the plugs in a couple months.

I've rebuilt my motor and it cost of less than double with Forged rods and pistons.

Why did you choose to change the rods? The factory rods are also forged.

Did you built it yourself, or someone else? Will you pm me the cost and builder?

The cost of building is why im hesitant to boost.

RR-Racing’s car has like 25k on the engine under boost with zero issues. I talked to Rafi about reliability when I dropped the car off. That compression test proved the engine was good and I’m not at all concerned about it now.

Rafi and Simon checked my compression before installing my supercharger and currently have 125k now with blend of e85 . Car still running strong no issues ,only 1 but was because I had a boost leak and runnng rich messed up my 02 sensor but changed it out myself . Rafi actually told me which one to change thanks again Rafi but if you can I don’t remember what miles it was when we installed the kit and if u can chime in to let me know and others as well when we did . Just want to know how many miles I have on the kit .

You know you picked the right car when it even looks good missing a bumper!

For anyone contiplating the RR Racing super charger kit. Trust me, you will not be disappointed I promise you! Now you can get a basic kit and upgrade as needed. So, the only other issue is "who can
you get to install the kit"? (For those that do not live near them). Reach out to the guys at RR, I bet they can find a shop in your area to do the install. Problem solved! These guys will continue to support
your cause well after you have purchased the kit. You can send them data logs, email them with your questions. They will be there for you! I should know they have continued to support me through my
build. Just be patient!

We re having a huge Lexus take over @autoclubdragway in Fontana, CA. Sunday 8/25. From 8am - 5pm. You can see my Super Charged GSF, and Clayton's Super Charged ISF!
Plus fun times with guys that have similar interest as yours. Also, you can see what you are missing out on by waiting to purchase your S/C kit..lol No I'm not a spokesperson for them.
Just a happy customer!

If anyone would like to see videos, I do have some on my instagram page. @JJonas411 or Youtube page - Powerripper - You can follow me as I continue my quest to 700whp
