So a few months ago I hit a stray DOT cone on the highway where they were doing construction, so I need to replace my front bumper cover. I found one from someone local that’s brand new, never been installed. My question is, my current bumper has the parking assist and wipers, what will happen if I don’t have the parking assist hooked up in the new bumper cover, will this cause any warning lights to come on, or anything funky to happen, will the rear assist still work?

IIRC, you will get a light in the cluster. It might be possible to have the dealer disable the system. I've never used the HL washers, so I disconnected the switch and have something else in its place. Also you will lose the tow hook, if you ever need it you're SOL. Yes, you have the rear tow hook, but if you're lowered it might not be useful. It is a good looking bumper.
