Check System Light on
Looking for advice here as i think i have done a fair share of searching for answers but came up with nothing.
As title says my Check system light turns on and here are the steps i have done
1. tried to reset it following these steps: http://www.thetpmsforum.com/showthre...eset-Procedure but did not even get the "initialized" message when holding the on/ off button.
2. Got 4x Denso 5500103 TPMS sensors from rock auto got them installed at a local tire shop and tried to do steps above, since denso claimed i just have to do the relearn procedure. still no initialized message seen
3. took my car to a shop that has a tpms programmer to get it programmed and none of the sensors would register
anything else i could do on my part?

What car are you driving? If it isn't an IS F (it's F Sport or IS250/350) you'll find better results in the 2IS forum.

How well versed is the shop you used to program the TPMS - you are getting the TPMS warning, correct? The satellite switch has two positions, and if they don't set this properly it will get confused pretty easily. Did you record the ID numbers from the sensors before installing them?

And no i did not get the numbers as the instructions said that the tpms sensors just need to do the relearning steps. Im just curious as to why its not even resetting.
