What are IS-Fs worth now?
I'd say a well kept 2008 IS-F is worth around 35k$
What do you guys think?
Too bad the other thread was closed, Ferrarichat never closes threads involving pricing discussion. WTB / FS ads in a separate forum when the production run was a few thousand units makes no sense IMO

I just paid 42k for a 13 with 40k miles and no accidents. From a dealer, where I was also able to purchase a warranty that covers to 100k. I don't think I'd pay 35 for a first gen.

Very interested to see what comes out of this discussion. I am considering moving on from mine, but in Canada, the market seems rather weak in comparison. 40k USD is where "I'd like to be." Thoughts? Am I delusional?

I paid 32.5k in May of this year for my 2011 USB w/alpine interior at 52k miles.
I believe the original Model Years (08-09) are harder to sell due to all the troubles they had (as is normal for first model years on any car). Plus the lack of certain features (LSD, nicer looking gauges [my opinion], higher mileage in most 08-09, interior, etc, etc.).
I do believe they will appreciate in value in the future (come on there were only estimated 12k ISF's ever made).

IMO, unless you own an accident-free 2013 with very low KM's or a 2014, yes, you are delusional for that $40K USD figure. I'd say $40K CAD is much more realistic for 2012+ model years with a clean title and low mileage.

As much as we’d like our cars to be worth big money due to rarity, I think there’s a lot more that goes into whether a car appreciates in value or not. Im betting Pontiac Aztecs are pretty rare, but im also betting theyre not worth a whole lot.
If I got $25k CAD for my 2008 with 130k kms, Id consider that pretty damn good! (Minus all of the TRD parts of course, those would be sold separately).
Trying to predict what cars (or other things) are going to be valuable is like trying to predict the stock market. Who would have though original Jordans would ever be selling for thousands of dollars!!??
