What's the widest tire run on stock wheels and height without rubbing?
I purchased an 2010 ISF with 08-09 wheels and it came with 235/35/19F and 275/30/19R which makes it around 25.5 diameter.
Stock is 26. I'm assuming that 255/35/19F and 285/30/19R will run into rubbing issues which is why the prior owner likely went with 235/275 or that he didn't want to squeeze them on 8/9 inch width wheels.
Anyone running 255/285 on stock 2012+ wheels without rubbing on stock height (without pulling fenders, running negative camber, etc).

I have a 14 that Im currently running 245/275. It so much better than stock. There is a guy on youtube with a white one that raced every car at the track. His set up is 255/285 and no problem. I dont think it makes any different though.

On my 11" I am running 255/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear with stock height without any issues or rubbing. I will be upgrading to coil overs early next year so, those specs may rub. We shall see...

There are several other threads that touch on this topic, but the general consensus is:
- for 2011 and older models you can run up to 255 / 275 on stock wheels (some have ran 285s with mixed reviews; 275 is "max" for 9" rim)
- for 2012 and newer models you can run up to 255 / 285 on stock wheels
I have 255 / 285 Michelin PSS on my 2013 at stock height and have never rubbed.
I spent a considerable amount of time researching this topic since the roads are pretty slick where I live and lack of traction has been an issue for me.

Im running 245/35, 275/30 on stock 2011 wheels, lowered on front Swifts. Very slight rubbing in reverse on fender liner. Fixed it by cutting off a small piece
I tried 285/30/19 on the rears but felt too floaty. Went back to 275
