Lexus IS F Overtakes Rivals in Today's Market
By Brett Foote

Most felt like the IS F couldn't measure up to the M3 and RS4 in its heyday, but Lexus' hot sedan has since become the one to own.

Any facts or data to back that up? I mean I generally agree, but this isn’t a news article if there’s nothing being reported.

It seems pretty easy to just look up KBB values and figure out which one has depreciated more.

No doubt this comes off as complacent, but I read the whole thing expecting something actually about the “market”.

I just sold my 2011 IS F to Carmax for more than NADA's price calculator indicated it was worth retail. Unlike the B cars, IS Fs are gaining in value due to their rarity.

I hear that, but you'll eventually get that itch to get something else eventually

Yep. Car guys can’t turn it off for long. I’ve tried many times.
