Default RR Racing "Front" sway bar mod

Little while back I came across the RR racing blog page. They modified their stock front sway bar, making it mini-Sikky version.
With the stock front bar behind same (28.6mm) thickness as the aftermarket units such as F-sport and Sikky bar, nice little project and chance to save yourself few hundred dollars.
With being home all bored due to the Cali shutdown, finally got around it.

INSTAL POINTERS:
- No need to remove wheels, I did my install with two floor jacks. "Sikky youtube front sway bar install video" will give you the right idea.
- No need to completely remove the endlinks, Just the top bolt.
- High quality drill bits are a must (and have few on hand) to drill the holes.
- Touch or black paint to prevent surface rust from the grinder.
- Check your rubber bushings (nine were fine) and end links (mine were fine) before the project as it is a pain to go back later with all the plastic panels needing to be removed.

So here is mine, you can see two mounting options.

FEEDBACK:
- Absolutely love it!!! => RR RACING approved, what is not to love.
- It is a real noticeable modification to my suprise, the car is perfect now. So balanced, so happy with it.
- I don't track, definitely less body roll, confidence inspiring for spirited driving.
- zero issues as far as any impact on ride quality with this mod.
- (my suspension setup includes: Figs (SuperPro) LCA, KW V3 coilovers, F-sport rear sway bar, RB(figs) two-piece rotors all around, GodSpeed Adjustable front control arms, H&R spacers)

THANK YOU RR RACING!!!

I decided to modify my rear F-sport sway bar today, adding second position for reduced body-roll.

Stock photo of the F-sport bar shows space for modification.

Here is my modified rear F-sport sway bar.

INSTAL POINTERS:
- No need to remove wheels, I did my install on the ground and without lifting the car at all.
- No need to completely remove the endlinks, Just the bottom bolt on the lower control arm. Sikky instal video will give you an idea once again.
- If your end-links don't just slide out when removing, Save yourself the PITA and lightly grind them or you will not enjoy putting them back in afterwards.
- I did upgrade the bushings to Figs SuperPro units. Make sure to grease them good.

FEEDBACK:
- Absolutely love it!!!
- Noticeable improvement, I find the setup now perfectly dialed in.
