ISF Fuel Door Lid Removal?

ISF Fuel Door Lid Removal?
Searched high and low, with no luck. Has anyone been successful in removing their fuel door lid easily? looks like it's riveted in and removal could be hairy. Please let me know what (if any) options there are, of anyone has navigated this issue. It's a long story, but my ISF Fuel door has a dent on it.
Thanks in advance for any/all input!
(PS, posted on the 2IS forum as well, as it's a bigger population sample, but for those who don't venture over there, here it is!)

It is riveted onto the quarter panel. Not a simple repair without the right tools.

I just looked at it, as i didnt know how it was held on
Looks do-able with a dremel or air grinder for cutting off the rivets, being super careful not to scratch the paint or body. Obviously it would make sense to put something around the area for protection. If there is space on the other side of it for a cutting tool, even better than doing it on the painted side
Thats what I would do if I were doing this repair on my vehicle. For the new one, I would use nuts and bolts in place of the rivets
