Thanks for the response and I apologize for what is probably be a dumb follow up question
Will the taller part of the tire not "tuck" under the fender?
I'm trying to calculate my old set-up but it might have been -22 which would make my new set-up about 4mm more inboard from the fender. Thanks in advance!

To the OP.
I am running 255/35/19 Front and 275/35/19 Rear and I was not rubbing while stock height. You should be fine.
