misfire cylinder number 8 ( roff idle )
hi guy's,
sorry in advance for my bad english, i'm french canadian. i just have an lexus isf 2012 for the last 5 year. i buy it at 85 000 kilo and right now i have 135000 kilo. it's the first year i have some trouble with it and i'm fbo it in the first 2 year of ownership.
the trouble;
when i stop at a light, the car start shaking ( 3 time in a week ) it look like a misfire. when i start at the light, the stabiliti control light and cel turn on and limp mode engage. stop the car, shut it down and restart it. the car work fine. i change all the sparkplug and the coil on the 8 cylinder( at the dealership ). the car work fine for a couple of week. after a couple of pull in Wot, the car start a rought idle but not every time.
the car is store right now and i just try to figure what the trouble to prepare my summer
do you have a idea what is it ?
thanks for your help !

Yess, after the po308, I change all the spark and we switch the coil at cylinder number 2. Day after po302. We change the coil and after that no more code appears. The dealership scan it and no code to.

yes, sounds like it could be a sticking injector. A bottle of techron or redline fuel system cleaner might clear it up.
Another thing to check would be your compression, you said its intermittent though so this is probably not the cause
excessive amounts of carbon buildup on valves could cause a rough idle, but beacuse the ISF has port injectors this is not likely
