Default Vland tail lights rubbing issue ????

hey guys just got a set of new vland tail lights for my 2012 ISF. I have made sure that the housings were all seated properly and lined up with all tabs during install but i seem to be having rubbing issues with the inner and outer rubbing together. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you think i just got a bad egg since they are from china I imagine the quality control is inconsistent or possibly they sent me ones for is 350/ 250 instead of ISF?? Not sure if they differ or they are all the same for all IS of that generation. Please let me know if yall have experienced the same issue .

Damn I ordered some 2 days ago. I'll see what happens when I put them in.

No issues with fit on mine🤷‍♂️....must be that particular batch during production. I wouldn't let that sway you from the lights though as they are a big aesthetic upgrade IMO....send them back for a new pair and document the fitment so they can make the adjustments.

Does the other side rub? Perhaps it's a trunk misalignment issue?

Mine rub a tiny bit, but a non issue IMO. Try to take them out and reseat if it's an issue closing, perhaps they just need to be tighter.
r just take photos and send them and complain. They may just send you a new set. Hell, recently I bought oem style shocks off amazon for another car, left a negative review and they fully refunded me without asking for them back.

TXGS430, So I just installed these last night. I think your issue is with the 3 bolts to tighten down the housing. They are either too tight or too loose. Same thing happened to me. I just adjusted the tightness and it fixed the issue you have.
