If I had to guess, something is at a limit switch and is therefore disabled. The only catch with that theory is there are no errors. But maybe they are not critical enough to throw a code???

So, using the schemo above, safely power the motor in question to the middle of its travel. You could screw it by hand too..

Give it shot and let us know (OP posted in the general 2IS section too).

More help. This is the motor not responding. This view is from the outside looking toward the center tunnel in the car. You can just make out the little square drive in the end of the motor. That's the motor armature, and you'll need to spin that to make the worm gear on the other end move. As you might guess, this thing turns at pretty high rpm. If you have an easy way of using a drill for this, I would definitely recommend it.

Here you see the wires and their colors on my 2008 seats. The worm gear case is at the end of the motor in this shot.

I didn't disconnect anything on mine. I didn't want to lose my seat memory. I'm pretty happy with my seat position.

Been a busy week at work. Thank you for the help! I’m gonna take a drill and attempt to spin it. If I spin it manually, I’m assuming the seat will go up and down.

Yes it will if it isn't at the upper or lower limit.

Thanks for the help EVERYONE! I took your advice lobuxracer and took a small bit and spun the motor with my drill and it spun freely. I pressed the button and bingo, we got action! You guys saved me $300 in repairs! I guess it needed a little jump start.

Thanks again CL family!

Thanks for the follow up. All too often we don't ever hear about the fix working or not!
