I'm really grateful for all the help guys. I bought the red line which lobuxracer recommended and got it changed straight away. The grinding noise was gone and I made sure to warm up the diff and did 10 full lock to lock turns and no more grind.

I did comparison of LT toyota and red line both were different.

I feel so happy and no mechanic was able to diagnose the issue. They straight away asked me to change suspension and diff.

I learn something new everyday LT and LX two different things.

Much appreciate. My issue is fixed.
