RR experienced the valve body opening at around 700 whp (plus or minus), so I’m real curious. I doubt it’s 100% stock.

Transmissions don't care about HP. They only care about torque, and they're spec'd by torque. The way turbo engines make power, it's very possible it's making 1000 hp with similar torque to the 2UR and a significantly higher rpm.

Kinda like this guys sounds good, I drive my CLA45 AMG time to time and people say these cars sound bad but the CLA45 don't and I only think that because of the dsg shifting and the crackle nearly sounds identical if you listen close to both of the cars... both 200t/300 & CLA45
