Scott, I bet he would tune it but in person. Your car is pretty custom compared to mine, so a canned tune may not be advantageous. Hit him up and see what he says. He may be able to make your car all you are after.

Please update with your impressions. I am about to leave town for the week, but I already received the tune package. I need to fix a wiring issue, and I’m waiting on a couple of oem pigtails before I can upload mine. So sadly, I’m a couple weeks out or so from using it. His customer service has been great so far.

Hopefully they provide you with some information on the tune. On the facebook group "Community F" any talks, comparisons or even questions regarding the transmission tune has been deleted for some odd reason. Hopefully there is more clarity on what the transmission tune actually does and if it is proven to work.

Yeah there are some fishy politics going on FB right now. I’m seeing love for Loi or the transmission tune discussion getting deleted. People who haven’t even had Loi’s tune saying the trans tune part is fake…

Here is a good link. The ability to tune the transmission is supported by VFtuner. So the authorized, licensed tuners that use VF can tune the trans. The Lexus crowd should welcome this level of competition.

I don't think it's quite that straight-forward. On Loi's business page where he's posting videos of tuned ISFs, people are asking him what trans tuning he's doing and he's not responding. Seems like an easy win for him to share that info if it's good, odd he doesn't want to share it.

PS: I have no skin in RR or Loi, still trying to decide which tune I'll get.

So the guy doesn't have a website and isn't answering specific questions. I would exercise caution with two specific items: 1) sending him money, 2) flashing the ECU of your Lexus ISF with his software.
